摘要 研究了液体垂直向上流动、气体水平引入时,导管端头处形成的气泡的尺寸大小,考察了液体平均流速、气体流量和导管直径对气泡脱离尺寸大小的影响,在力平衡假设的基础上,获得了预测气泡脱离尺寸的关系式,预测值与测量值比较,结果令人满意。 This paper deals with the formation of gas bubbles flowing out from small diameter injection tubessubmerged in a vertically upward flowing liquid.The effects of mean liquid velocity.injection tubediameter and gas flowate on the bubble size at detachment have been investigated experimentally,Themean liquid velocities are0.0524,0.1048 and0.1572m/s,the corresponding Reynolds numbers are 4716,94 32 and 14148 respectively. The bubble formation in a stagnant liquid is also studied forcomparisons.The injection tube diameters are2.4 and 6 mm,the gas flowrates range from 18 to 166ml/s.Based on the assumption of the balance of the forces acting on the bubble,a correlation has beenderived to predict the bubble size at detachment.Compared with the experimental data,satisfactorypredicted results have been obtained.
