摘要
教育策划研究的产生顺应了教育策划实践的需要,以现实的经验总结为起点,依托于一般策划理论,建立在理论界和社会公众初步认同的基础之上,受到国外教育策划理论与实践的影响;处于初创阶段的教育策划研究在理论建设、学会组织、课题项目和经费、专业研讨与宣传、出版物、现实影响方面取得了一定的成就,但也存在各种不足与问题;未来的教育策划研究在研究取向、研究应用、研究内容、研究角度和研究主体力量等方面将出现新的转变;要确保自身的健康发展,教育策划研究就应在坚持面向实践的同时,形塑自身的学科品性,组建学术团体,注重人才培养。
Based on the general planning theory, the research of educational planning conforms to the need of practice with the realistic experience as its starting point and the approval of the theory circle and the public as its foundation, which is affected by the theory and practice abroad. Although the research in its initial stage has achieved some good results in such aspects as theory construction, organizations, projects and funds, specialty discussions and propaganda, publications and effect, it still has various kinds of problems. In the future, the educational planning will present a new transition in the study orientation, application, content, angle and subject etc. While facing the practice, the educational planning research should mold its own discipline character, set up research groups and attach importance to the training of professional personnel to guarantee its sound development
