摘要
在技术贸易中保护知识产权是一项重要的工作,在实践中还有一些需要关注的事宜。笔者通过在实践中接触到的问题,分析了专利、专有技术具有的各自特点,提出了在中国石化日益增多的许可贸易中保护知识产权应考虑的5个具体问题。
Protecting intellectual property is extremely important aspect in licensing trade. There are some issues we need to pay more attention in practical licening business. Therefore, according to the concrete licensing issues that author has met, the article analyses the characteristics of patent and know-how and gives a deep understanding on them. Moreover, the article suggests five specific solutions on protecting intellectual property in increasing license trade of SINOPEC.
