利什曼原虫动基体DNA及其应用 被引量:3

摘要 利什曼原虫具有独特的线粒体—动基体 ,动基体含有巨大网状DNA(动基体DNA)。动基体DNA具有许多独特的特征 ,已广泛用于利什曼原虫虫种的鉴别和利什曼病的临床诊断。
