RACE技术及其在寄生虫全长cDNA克隆中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 PCR技术的出现大大提高了传统基因分离和克隆效率。以PCR为基础的RACE(rapidam plificationofcDNAends)技术是一种简单、敏感且有效扩增cDNA的 5′和 3′端未知序列区域的方法。RACE技术被广泛应用于克隆全长cDNA 。
