摘要
绥中发电有限责任公司辅机冷却水系统为带凉水塔的敞开式循环冷却水系统 ,补充水水源为地表水 ,属于侵蚀性水质 ,夏季 ,水中微生物含量较高。绥电公司结合该水质的具体特点 ,确定了全面控制循环水水质的思路 ,选取了 SLH-0 1高效缓蚀阻垢剂 ,并针对夏季生物粘泥影响冷却设备换热效率问题 ,制定并实施了杀菌灭藻处理方案 ,取得了良好效果 。
The auxiliary machine cooling water system in Suizhong Power Generation Co.Ltd is open circulating cooling system with cooling tower,make-up water uses surface water with erosive quality,the microbial content is higher in summer.Taking into consideration of the water characteristics,Suizhong Power Generation Co.Ltd formed the water quality control idea and adopted SLH-01 high efficiency corrosion inhibitor.And bactericidal and algaecide treatment plan is made and implemented aiming at resolving the cooling equipment heat exchange problems caused by microbe in summer and satisfactory result is achieved and the water quality control of auxiliary machine cooling water is realized.
