摘要
我国货币政策效果不佳在经济理论界成为热门话题,笔者也针对这一现象从理论到现实展开分析,认为政策效果不佳不仅有其现实原因,更有其本质原因,加快汇率制度改革,是我们的根本出路。
The inefficiency of China's monetary policy has become the hot issue in the economic theory circle. It is to analyze the theoretical reasons as well the realistic ones of this phenomenon, coming to the conclusion that our basic opportunity is to accelerate the system reform of our national exchange rate.
