摘要
本文介绍了与二倍色副载波频率取样的PAL复合信号之数据结构相适应的DPCM预测器。此预测器对亮度和色差信号都能给出好的预测效果。在复合信号编码上首先应用了自适应量化方法。计算机模拟实验表明,在4 bit/pel码率上能得到优秀的图象质量。
The method to design a DPCM predictor, matching with the data structure of PAL composite signal sampled by twice color subcarrier frequency, is presented in [this paper. The predictor gives good prediction for both luminance and chrominance signals. Adaptive quantization is first applied to composite signal coding. The computer simulation shows that excellent coding picture quality can be obtained at a rate of 4 bit/pel.
