摘要
研究了常温常压固化粉煤灰生产彩色地面砖的技术．大量试验证明，只要采用合适的工艺流程和合理的成型压力，在激发剂的作用下，石灰掺量为１０％～２０％，水泥掺量为０～１０％，灰渣掺量为８０％，制品的抗压强度为２２～３２ＭＰａ抗折强度为４．６～８．０ＭＰａ．抗冻性和耐磨性合格．
The technique of making cOlour paving tile by solidifying flyash in the normal atmospheric temperature is disscussed in this paper.It is evidenced by a large number of tests that the products are qualified under favourable technological process and modeling pressure. Under the action of catalytic promoter, the mixing ratio is 10%～20% lime, 0～10% cement and 80% flyash.
