摘要
简述了钻矿井时最佳钻削参数选择的数学模型及其求解方法,论证了钻井过程中,在加工条件变化的状态下实时控制最优参数的可能性,并介绍了转矩和轴向力自动监控原理.为获得最大经济效益提供了新的途径.
This paper describes a mathematic model for optimum parameters when drilling a well and the method for derivation. This paper also analyses the possibility of real-time control of optimum parameters at changeable processing condition. The automatic control principles of twisting moment and axial force are explained.
