摘要
本文包括杯形砂轮的磨粒切削模型、计算机模型,以及工艺参数的优化研究等内容。运用上述模型,通过输入某些具体的工艺参数,可以获得磨削表面磨粒的切痕长度值Qu、变异系数Zv和磨削表面的切痕分布情况值SS[i],(i=1,2,3,…,m),以及用线图方式表示的各工艺参数对磨削效果的影响情况,它为在具体的生产条件下选择合理的工艺参数提供了实用手段。
Cup wheel is investigated in this paper which includes cutting model of abrasive particle, computer model of face grinding and optimization of technological parameters etc. Based on the above-mentioned models, the authors can perform computer simulation and analysis by inputting specific technological parameters. Correspondingly, the following values are obtained: the length of cutting scratch of abrasive particle in the grinding surface Zv and cutting scratch distribution state value of grinding surface SS [i], (i=1,2,…, m). Further the influence of every parameter on grinding effects is described by means of line graph. This work will provide practical method for the reasonable selection of technological parameters in specific production practice.
