摘要
本文就高效精密气流分级设备──涡轮分级机分离性能进行研究。讨论涡轮转速、空气流量等对分离精度的影响，导出分割直径动力学方程，利用数值方法计算在边界条件下分割直径的数值解，同时，将理论计算值与实验数据进行了比较。
The paper has made a thorough inquiry for the separating function of the turbine classifier that belongs to a high effetual and precision air classifier.We have discussed the effects of rotational speed of turbine, air throphput atc. On the separating accurate and we have deduced a set of hydrodynamic equations for calculating the cut size.Making use of digit calculating method. We have calculated the cut size price in boundary conditions. Meanwhile, we have compared the theoretical results to the real results.
