摘要
本文对螺旋槽气体密封间隙内气体的运动进行分析，获得简化雷诺方程，并用有限元素法对该方程求解，所得结果与文献中结论进行比较，二者吻合较好，表明了所采用计算方法的合理性和计算程序的正确性。
In this paper, the gas movement in the distance of spiral-grooved gas seal pair is analysed, and Renold's equation is built. The equation is solved by limited element,and the result is in good agreement with it of file. Thus, the calculation method is available and the program for calaulation is right.
