摘要
本文主要从理论上推导出描写回转筒式冷却机与烘干机扬料装置特征的扬料密度的数学模型,并通过冷态模型试验对25种不同形式的扬料板在不同物料性能和不同转速下分别测定了扬料密度,从而找出最佳的扬料板形式为NO.16,17拱形扬料板。
This paper mainly derived a mathematical model theoretically which discribed the relation between the raising material thickness and the lifter flights in the rotarycooler and dryer,and accorcling to the raising material thickness measured in the cold model test with 25 kinds of different type lifter flights,different kinds of material and differentrotational speed, pointed out one optimium lifter flight, No 16 & No 17 curved lifter flight.
