摘要 本文提出了一种运动物体碰撞的连续性检测方法。机械加工过程的图形仿真对NC程序的检验是十分有用的,图为编程者或加工操作者能够很方便地看到加工的效果。而在机械加工过程仿真中时诸如刀具和。件等运动物体的碰撞检测的可靠性和效率要求都比较高,但要从图形上直接目测运动物体之间的碰撞情况是十分困难的.所以,本文提出了一种表示运动物体的模型和相应的碰撞检测算法。这种方法不漏校存在的干涉碰撞情况,而且效率很高,在研制的加工过程仿真系统中得到了应用。 A method for continuous collision detection among moving objects is proposed in this paper. Graphical simulation of machining process has been recognized to be useful for NC program verification, since the programmer or the mechining operator can easily cheek the effects of a NC program. However, it is necessary for collision detection among moving objects in mechining process to be reliable and efficient. But it is difficult to visually detect collisions among moving objects. Therefore, we suggest a hierarchical spherical octree model to represent moving objects and an algorithen of continuous collision detection between moving objects. This method is reliable and efficient, and has been used in a maching process simulator we developed.
