摘要
本文介绍了利用振动的方法检测球墨铸铁球化质量的理论根据,阐述了快速无损检测系统的组成,关键部分的结构、原理及主要参数的选择;并简要介绍了检测方法。研究结果表明:本系统具有检测精度高、速度快、抗干扰能力强、对产品无损伤、方法简便、结果可靠等优点,有利于实现检测自动化,能对产品进行百分之百的无损检测,目前已在大规模球墨铸铁生产中推广应用。
This paper introduces the theoretic basis of testing the nodularizing quality of nodular cast iron by means of vibration, discusses the make-up of the fast non-destructive testing system, the structure and the principle of its key parts and its main parameters to be chosen, and briefs the testing method. The results of research show that the measurement of the system is accurate, fast, nondestructive, simple, reliable, and highly antijamming. The system is favorable for automatic testing and a hundred percent non-destructive testing of products. So far, the method has been applied in the large-scale production.
