摘要
本文论述了企业设置生产缓冲的必要性;对生产缓冲进行了类型划分,建立了缓冲效果、缓冲水平、缓冲能力的评价指标体系;剖析了生产弹性的原理;探讨了生产缓冲合理水平的确定方法。
In this paper, we studied the necessity for an enterprise to establish the production buffer, and classified production buffers according to their characteristics. Then we construct the indcx system to assess buffer efficiency, buffer level and buffer capacity. We have also analysed the mathematical principle of production buffers, and discussed the method for determining the rational level of production buffers.
