摘要
武钢1700冷连轧机组传动系统的弧形齿接轴,在轧机运转过程中产生剧烈的振动。作者通过现场测试、频谱分析和理论计算相结合的综合分析方法,诊断出引起接轴振动的根源,并提出了相应的对策。
The connecting shafts with curvetooth coupling in the driving system of the trainof 1700mm cold continuous rolling mills at Wuhan iron and Steel Company often producesdrastic vibration during operation of the mills. By way of combining field testing togetherwith the frequency spectrum analysis and theoretical calculation,the author has diagnosedthe source of the vibration and proposed accordingly some relevant measures to counter thetronble.
