摘要
许多研究者对纤维层的压力损失进行了大量的研究,并取行了良好的结果。不过,这些研究均是假定气流为小雷诺数流,即层流,而在工业应用中,无纺纤维层常常在大雷诺数流中运行。作者给出了大雷诺数流场中单位长度纤维上无量纲流体阻力的定义式,并用类比法求得了这种无量纲流体阻力和纤维层压力损失的计算式,最后用实验证实了这些研究结果。
Extentive studies on the pressure drop across the fibrous beds have been takenand wonderful results have been obtained.The previous results are usually based on theflow fields of small Reynolds numbers,or laminar flows.However,the fibrous beds are often operated in the flow fields of high Reynolds numbers in the industrial applications. Inthe present paper,the dimensionless drag exerted on the unit length fiber by the flows ofhigh Reynolds numbers is defined. By using the similarity method,the expressions of thedimensionless drag of the unit length fiber and pressure drop across the fibrous bed areproposed. Finally,the present results are confirmed by the experiments.
