摘要
作者借助光学显微镜、电子探针和互射线衍射仪研究了激光工艺参数及预涂复层(Cr-Ni)厚度对低碳钢熔区的成分、显微结构、形状系数以及耐蚀性的影响.实验结果表明,激光功率和预涂复层厚度极大地影响表面合金层的成分合量、分布及合金层的宽度与深度,但受扫描速度的影响较小.通过近取适当的工艺参数,可以获得合金成分均匀分布的表面合金层,在5%H2SO4中耐蚀性可以与18-8不锈钢相媲美.
The effect of laser processing parameters, precoating powder thickness on the composition distribution, microstructures, coefficient of fusion zone and corrosion rcsistance inlaser alloying Cr-Ni coating on mild steel has been studied by optical microscope,electronprobe and X-ray diffractometer. The results show that composition uniformity,clement contents and width, depth of alloying coating were remarkably affected by laser power and precoating thickness. But they were small affected by scanning rate. Finally, it is pointed out thatsurface alloying coating of composition homogeneity can be obtained by appropriate techniquecontrol. The corrosion resistanca of this coating to 5% H2SO4 was examined to be the same tothat 18-8 stainless steel.
