摘要
利用普通小麦CS+H″和CS+R″异源染色体双体附加系对过氧化物酶的特异表达和基因定位进行了研究,结果初步表明:不同的过氧化物酶间具有一定的表达频率和表达顺序的差别,并具有一定的发育时期和组织器官特异性,染色体互作在过氧化物酶的特异表达过程中具有重要的遗传调控功能,其中在CS+H″系统中,P_x-e4基因位于2H、3H和5H染色体上,P_x-d3和P_x-b8基因位于5H染色体上,P_x-a1和P_x-a2基因位于3H、4H、6H和7H染色体上,P_x-e2基因位于5H染色体上,P_x-a3基因位于4H染色体上,P_x-d2基因位于1H、2H和6H染色体上,P_x-b10基因位于2H、3H和7H染色体上,P_x-c7基因位于1H和7H染色体上,P_x-d1基因位于1H、2H,3H、4H、6H和7H染色体上。
The paper aims to study the specific expression and chromosomal localization of peroxidases-encoding P_x genes in wheat-alien disomics CS+H' and CS+R'. The primary results showed that the differences existed among the expression frequences and expression orders of differente peroxidase isozymes with definite developmental and tissue specificity, of which the inter-chromosomal interactions may play important roles in their genetic regulation functions. Also, it was found that the Px-e4 gene was located in 2H,3H and 5H chromo-somes, Px, 3 and Px-b8 genes located in 5H chromosome, P_x-al and Px-a2 genes located in 3H, 4H,6H and 7H chromosomes, Px-e2 gene located in 5H chromosome, Px-a3 gene located in 4H chromosomes, P_x-d2 gene located in 1H, 2H and 6H chromosomes, P_x-bl0 gene locat ed in 2H, 3H and 7H chromosomes, Px-c7 gene located in 1H and 7H chromosomes, and Px-dl gene located in 1H,2H,3H,4H,6H and 7H chromosomes, respectively.
