胆红素和胆绿素稳定性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 用极谱法和分光光度法对影响胆红素、胆绿素稳定性的各种因素进行了考察比较。揭示了影响它们稳定性的主要外部因素——氧、酸度和某些金属离子。针对这些影响因素,探索了胆红素、胆绿素的稳定化途径和稳定化机制。 The influence of various factors on the stability of bilirubin and biliverdin has been examined and compared,it was found that the main factors that affect the stability of them are dissolved oxygen,solution acidity and some metal ions. Considering these effect fac-tors, methods for stabilizing bilirubin and biliverdin were developed. Meanwhile,the interac-tion mechanisms concerned were discussed.
