摘要
以干酪素vc-O的特征吸收峰(1 244 cm-1)和丙烯腈vC≡N的特征吸收峰(2 244 cm-1)为测定波长,利用二者的吸光度比值与干酪素和丙烯腈接枝共聚物中丙烯腈的百分含量呈线性的关系,建立了利用红外光谱测定干酪素与丙烯腈接枝共聚物组成的方法,线性范围为22%~54%,相关系数r=0.991 1,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.50%.该法简便、快速,有良好的稳定性.
A newmethod for the determination of the constitution of graft copolymerization of casein and acryˉlonitrile(AN)by IR spectrometry was developed.The ratio of the peak absorbance of the characteristic waveˉlength of casein ν C—O at1244cm -1 to that of AN ν C≡N at2244cm -1 was measured.A calibration curve with a correlation coefficient of0.991and a linear range of22%~54%was obtained with the absorbance ratio against the percent content of AN of graft copolymerization of casein and AN.The RSD was1.50%.The method was simple and rapid.
