摘要
研究生教育模式科学与否制约着研究生教育质量优劣,影响着整个研究生教育的发展以及社会、经济所需要的各类高层次人才培养。文章从世界研究生教育发展的角度通过简要介绍研究生教育模式———学徒式、专业式、协作式和我国研究生教育在发生、发展过程中吸收多国经验形成我国研究生教育模式的历程,并结合目前我国研究生教育创新工程,得出我们新形势下的产学研合作、研究生企业工作站、培养研究生基地、院企联合育人、开放性创新实验室、研究生校外培养基地等不能称之为模式创新,而是协作式研究生培养模式的继承与发展的结论。
postgraduate education pattern plays an important role in the equality of postgraduates, the progression of the postgraduate education and the cultivation of all kinds of high level celebrities which are needed in the society and the economy area. In the thesis, from the angle of progression of postgraduation education in the whole world, by introducing all kinds of postgraduate education patterns--- training pattern, professional pattern, cooperational pattern, and the present innovation project of postgraduate education in our country, an conclusion is drew out, that is, the activities including the combination of producing, study and researching, the work station of postgraduate' enterprises, the postgraduate cultivation basement, the cooperational education between the institutes and the enterprises, the open innovation laboratory, the postgraduate education basement beyond the campus, and so on could be called the patterns innovation, they could only be treated as the inherit and improvement of the cooperational pattern of postgraduate education.
