摘要
目的 :探讨胆必清颗粒对小鼠细胞免疫功能的正向调节作用。方法 :以Balb/c小鼠为研究对象 ,以Wistar大鼠含药血清为药物 ,通过体外给药来测定脾淋巴细胞转化率。结果 :胆必清颗粒可以增强正常小鼠的免疫功能 ,拮抗环孢素A引起的免疫功能低下和免疫正向调节作用。结论 :胆必清颗粒是一种有效的免疫增强剂 ,对免疫正向调节 。
Object:To investigate the up-regulated effects to the cell-immunity of Danbiqing Granule in Mice.Methods:Determining the ratio of lymphocyte transformation in Balb/c mice with the serum of Wistar rats containing the Danbiqing.Results:1.Danbiqing Granule improved the immune function in healthy mice,inhibited the immune-deficiency leaded by Cyclophosphamide and has up-regulated effects on the cell-immunity.Conclusion:Danbiqing Granule is a kind of effective immunopotentiator,it plays an important role in up-regulating the cell-immunity and holding the formal immune function.
