摘要
为了避免锅炉省煤器在运行中产生共振引发的危害 ,应用流体诱发振动的原理分析了在吹灰除尘过程中应尽力避开漩涡脱落频率 fw 与湍流抖振频率 fb 的观点 .在热态在线吹灰过程中 ,省煤器将会诱发更为复杂的振动 ,因为这两个振动均为非线性的不可叠加的 ,文中对比提出了进一步的思考与研究 .
To avoid the damage to economization coal implement resonance in running, the theory that flowing liquid causes the vibration is applied to analyse that the vortices break frequency and overfall vibration frequency should be avoided in the course of ash blow and dust removal. During the course in hot on line, the vibration of economization coal implement and the vibration in heat exchanging of flowing liquid will cause more complicated vibration, because these two kinds of vibration are both non-adding. The author brings forward the necessity of further thinking and reseach.
