稀土复合固体超强酸催化合成乙酸龙脑酯 被引量:7

The Catalytic Synthesis of Borneolacetate by Using Nanometer Rare Earth Composite Solid Superacid

摘要 该文首次对稀土复合固体超强酸SO42-/ZrO2-La2O3的制备及其催化合成乙酸龙脑酯进行了研究.研究表明:当La2O3在载体ZrO2-La2O3中的质量分数为2%,(NH4)2SO4浸渍液的浓度为1mol/L,焙烧温度为600℃时,所制得的催化剂SO42-/ZrO2-La2O3对乙酸龙脑酯的合成表现出高效的催化活性.在反应温度为120℃,催化剂用量为天然龙脑质量的6%,天然龙脑与乙酸的摩尔比为1∶6,反应时间为8h时,反应的酯化率和选择性可达到93.14%和99.8%.研究发现,该催化剂可重复使用,并能活化再生. In this paper, we studied the preparation of rare earth composite solid superacid SO_4^(2-)/ZrO_2-La_2O_3 and its catalytic activity in the synthesis of borneolacetate. The preparatory conditions of catalyst (SO_4^(2-)/ZrO_2-La_2O_3) were discussed, when the mass percent of La_2O_3 in carrier ZrO_2-La_2O_3 was 2%, the mol concentration of (NH_4)_2SO_4 dipping solution was 1 mol/L, baking temperature was 600 ℃ and the catalyst had high catalytic activity in the synthesis of borneolacetate. The factors influencing the reaction were also investigated.The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows: the mol ration of natural borneol to acetic acid was 1∶6, the use level of SO_4^(2-)/ZrO_2-La_2O_3 was 6% of the mass of nataral borneol, the reaction temperature was 120 ℃ and the reaction time was 8 h,the esterification yield of bornedacetate could reach 93.14% and its reaction preference could reach 99.8%. In the process of experiment, we discovered that the catalyst had good reusability, it could be activated and revivified.
