摘要
目的 探讨胶原酶溶解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的远期疗效。方法 对 1997年 11月 - 2 0 0 3年 4月在本院接受过胶原酶溶解术治疗的 12 0 0多例腰椎间盘突出症患者中 ,2年以上者进行电话随访 ,了解其治疗后的症状改善程度和后续治疗情况。结果 共随访到患者 5 37例 ,治疗后 2年以上者 12 0例 ,3年以上者 114例 ,4年以上者 12 1例 ,5年以上者 182例。按MacNab疗效判定标准 ,优良率为 70 .2 0 % ,有效率为 89.19%。结论 胶原酶溶解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有较好的远期疗效。
Objective To explore the long-term clinic e ffects of collagernysis in the management of lumbar disc herniation. MethodsMore than 1200 patients with lumbar disc herniation underw ent collagenolysis were followed up by telephone.Results 537 cases were followed up.120 cases had been treated over two years.114 cases h ad been treated over three years.121 cases h ad been treated over four years. 182 cases had been treated over five years. Acc ording to Macnab effective standard, the rate of excellent and good results was 70.20%, the rate of effective results was 89.19%.Conclusion Collagenolysis for treating lumbar disc herniation have fairly good long-term effects.
