摘要
科学发展观就是“以人为本”的新的可持续发展观,它要求树立以人为中心的理念,坚持全面发展,协调 发展,可持续发展。科学发展观的这些要求,体现在全面建设小康社会的进程中,就是要着力建设好物质文明、精神 文明、政治文明和生态文明“四大文明”。通过“四大文明”建设,实现全面建设小康社会的战略目标。
The scientific development concept is the sustainable development concept with the peoplecentered meaning.This concept shows that the construction of“four major civilizations”——material civilization,spiritual civilization,political civilization,ecological civilization,plays the essential role in the process of constructing the wellbeing society.
