摘要
目的通过调查社会办医疗机构护理人员静脉输液培训情况,思考对护理人员管理与教育的方法。方法对丽水市城区69所社会办医疗机构的138名在职护理人员输液操作培训的理论与实践考核情况进行调查分析。结果138名护理人员中参加考试人员的理论成绩为(76.3±10.2)分,实践操作成绩为(88.9±5.4)分;输液操作考核存在较多的问题。结论建立健全的管理监督机构,加强和规范管理社会办医疗机构的护理人员,提高她们的理论和操作技能,加强职业道德建设,规范职业行为,对保障劳动人民群众的健康有着深远的意义。
Objective To consider the methods of administration and teaching for nursing staff through investigating the vein transfusion training of nursing staff in private clinics. Methods The theories and practice assessment of vein transfusion training of 138 nursing staff in 69 private clinics in Lishui city were investigated and analyzed. Results In the 138 nursing staff, the score of theory was 76.3±10.2, and the score of practice was 88.9±5.4. There existed quite a bit problems in this vein transfusion practice examination. Conclusion Establishment of a complete management and supervise organization, improvement and standardization of managing nursing staff in private clinics, enhancement of their knowledge and skill, perfection of their professional morals and standardization of profession behavior will produce profound meaning in protecting people's health.
