摘要
采用配方均匀设计方法,对无机耐高温腐蚀陶瓷涂料的配方进行了定量研究。结果表明,该方法是开发研究新涂料配方的有效方法。通过对涂层的成膜性能、悬浮性能和结合强度的研究,提出了该涂料配方中各组分优化组合的方案。
Formulas of an inorganic high-temperature ceramic coating was studied quantificationally with a method of uniform design. Film-forming, suspension performance and bond strength of the coating were investigated experimentally. And an optimized formula is presented.
