摘要
在新的历史时期下,高等院校要适应形势,加快发展,领导干部就要不辱使命、不负重托,不断提高科学判断形势的能力、驾驭市场经济的能力、应对复杂局面的能力、依法执政的能力和总揽全局的能力。要从切实加强学习,端正工作作风、密切联系群众等方面着手,不断增强政治意识,提高领导水平和执政水平,从而领导高等院校全面发展。
In the new historical period,leaders of colleges and universities,in order to be adapted to the situation,should improve their capability of judging the situation scientifically,coping with the market economy and the complicated situations,and etc. With the improvement of the capability of leaders,the colleges and universities could be developed in an all-round way.
