摘要
对影响整理效果的树脂和催化剂用量、焙烘温度和时间等因素进行了试验,以强力损失和弹性回复角(T+W)指标为依据,找出了适合苎麻棉混纺织物抗皱整理的最佳工艺:树脂NDW100g/L、催化剂MgCl220g/L、纤维保护剂SVN20g/L,焙烘温度160℃,焙烘时间控制在3min,弹性回复角(T+W)可达265°,强力损失38.1%,DP等级达3.5级.
Expts. were carried out for the factors such as resin and catalyst amts., baking temps. and time in the anti-crease finishing, and the optimum process was found for ramie blended fabrics according to the strength loss and elastic recovery angles (T+W). Elastic recovery angle (T+W) 265 °, strength loss 38.1% and DP rate 3.5 were obtained when using resin NDW 100 g/L, catalyst MgCl2 20 g/L, fiber protector SVN 20 g/L, and baking 3 min at 160 ℃.
