摘要
由于产业优势地位、行业生产经营特点、行业技术水平以及外部性的相关条件等差异,使得工业成为国民经济中一个外部性表现突出的产业,主要表现为对资源的过度使用、对原材料的低价使用、工业污染和产品不公平交易等方面。最后,本文提出了工业外部性防范的基本思路。
Because the differences of industry's advantage status, trade producing & managing characteristics, trade engineering level and externality conditions,industry becomes the trade with outstanding externality, which shown as mainly reward externality and cost externality, such as overspending resource, using raw & processed materials in low price, industry pollution, unfair business, and so on. Finally, the basic thought of agricultural externality precaution is put forward.
