摘要
本文关注县域经济的发展,从民间资本入手,探讨了启动县域经济发展之路。文章首先对县域经济作了概括性的描述,强调了其重要性,并探讨了目前民间资本利用的现状和问题,从而针对性地提出利用民间资本启动县域经济发展的具体措施,对引进利用民间资本的领域进行了扩展,对于我国目前经济体制改革深化具有一定的意义。
This article puts stress on the development of county economy, and describes the helpful way to promote county economy by using folks capital. First, there's the generally condition of folks capital and the main problems in using of it. Then, the article puts up some concrete measures to develop county economy with help of folks capital. So, it's instruct to enhance the economic system reformation of our country.
