Ce^(4+)的掺杂和染料结构对TiO_2光催化性能的影响 被引量:1

EFFECT OF Ce^(4+) DOPING AND DYE STRUCTURE ON PHOTOCATALYTIC PERFORMANCE OF TiO_2

摘要 采用浸渍法制备了掺杂Ce4+的TiO2 粉体光催化剂,考察了Ce4+的含量对TiO2光催化性能的影响,并且研究了它对直接耐晒蓝和4,2-(吡啶偶氮)-间苯二酚钠两种染料的降解效果。结果表明,以TiO2 干凝胶为母体,浸渍Ce4+所制备的粉体光催化剂Ce4+/TiO2降解效果分别比纯TiO2高45 %和23%其对偶氮基团的分解效果明显高于对吡啶环和间苯二酚基的分解。X射线衍射分析表明,该法制备的TiO2 粉体中锐钛矿相占90%以上,没有铈的氧化物形式,平均晶粒粒径为1nm;红外吸收光谱分析表明,Ce4+/TiO2和TiO2 红外吸收光谱图相似,说明掺杂Ce4+并没有极大地改变TiO2的化学结构。 Tio2 powder photocatalyst with doping Ce4+ was prepared by dipping method and the effect of Ce4+ content on the photocatalytic performance of TiO2 was investigated. The effect of the doping photocatlyst on the degradation of both dyes of direct fast biue and sodium 4,2-(pyridylazo)-resorcinol.It is showed that the degradation effect of the powder photocatalyst Ce4+/TiO2 prepared by dipping Ce4+ with TiO2 dry gel as mother body on the above both dyes were 45% and 23% higher than those of pure TiO2 photocatalyst respectively; its decomposition effect of azo group is obviously higher than that of pyridyl ring and resorcinol group. XRR analysis showed that the anatase phase in this TiO2 powder accounted for over 90% without Ce4+ oxide form and with average diameter of crystal particles of 1 nm. FTIR analysis showed that metal ion doping should not obviously change the chemical structure of TiO2.
