摘要
目的 观察复方红藤灌肠液对家兔直肠黏膜的刺激性及灌胃给药对小白鼠的急性毒性反应。 方法 将复方红藤灌肠液按每日 2 2 g·kg- 1 (即 83 .3 ml· kg- 1 )剂量 ,分 3次给小白鼠灌胃给药 ,观察药后的毒性反应。按 5 .4g· kg- 1 剂量 ,在 4h内分 4次对家兔直肠给药 ,与蒸馏水组比较 ,观察给药组的直肠黏膜刺激性。 结果 急性毒性实验 ,所有给药小白鼠均未发生中毒反应或死亡 ;刺激性试验 ,与对照组比较未见变化。 结论 复方红藤灌肠液无急性毒性现象 ,对家兔直肠黏膜无刺激性。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the stimulation and the acute toxicity of Sargentylor yvlne compound enama.METHODS Sargentylor yvine compound enama was intragastrically administrated to mice at dosage of 22g·kg -1 (83.3ml·kg -1 )three times each day. The enama was given to rabbits through rectum at dosage of 5.4g·kg -1 four times in four hours.RESULTS The toxicity or death was not observed in mice. There was no changesin retal mucous membrane of rabbits.CONCLUSION Sargentylor yvine compound enama was safety and had no stimulative response on mucous membrane.
