摘要
利用基于能量泛函的有限元数值分析方法计算和分析了远场涡流无损检测中探头的速度效应,显示了磁场随速度的变化情况,预估了缺陷响应随速度变化的规律。结果表明,检测探头的运动速度是探头设计及检测信号分析中应考虑的重要因素。
The probe velocity effects for remote field eddy current (RFEC) are numerically calculated and ana-lyzed by using finite element method based on energy function. The flux patterns and the signal variation with different velocities are shown and predicted. This indicates that the probe velocity is an important factor for inspection and must be considered in the design of RFEC probes and the processing of signals.
