库欣病的垂体影像学评价 被引量：2

摘要 70%～80%的库欣病由促肾上腺皮质激素依赖性垂体腺瘤造成,由于腺瘤大小、位置和特性等原因,目前影像学上检出率较低。对于临床医生而言,了解各种影像学检查方法的特点及不足,以便选择一个适当的检查方法,对判断疾病性质、进行下一步治疗有重要意义。
