摘要
我国各地区工业竞争力绩效(CIP)指数存在两种异常状况:一是工业竞争力过分依重重 工业,形成的原因是因为我国各地区长期实行重工业为导向的工业发展战略;二是高新技术产品出 口比重指数的虚假性,形成原因是因为我国工业产品生产和出口的技术结构落后。最终消除CIP 指数异常的主要途径是要进行技术创新和技术改造。
This disquisition analyses the two abnormalities in the exponential of CIP among our regions, one is the regions' competitive industrial performance lean heavy industry excessively, and the other is the falsity in the index of the high-tech industry exports, points out that the reason is that our regions' developing stratagem is depend on the heavy industry and the lagging technique .the central approach is trying to rebuild and innovate the technique.
