摘要
介绍了状态检修的基本现念,结合火电企业发电设备状态检修工作的实践,给出了实施状态检修工作的基本措施和工作内容。提出了和状态检修机制相适应的综合技术体系,包括状态监测和故障诊断、检修管理、设备状态参数集成等内容。
The basic idea of condition-oriented maintenance was introduced, and the general measures and the working contents about implementing condition-oriented overhaul were given according to the practice of condition-oriented maintenance to power equipment in thermal power plant. The comprehensive technology system, which includes status monitoring, fault diagnosis, maintenance management and integration with condition parameter of equipment etc., which is suitable for the mechanism of condition-oriented overhaul, was also presented.
