摘要
用固相合成法合成了(Lal-xSrx)(1-y)MnO3(x—0~5,y=0~0.1)单纯相化合物·在空气中用直流四探针法测定了各组成的电导率.测试温度范围为100~950℃.其中(La(0.7)Sr(0.3))(0.95)MnO3具有最大的电导率.讨论了La(Sr)MnO3的电导机理.
La(1-x)Srx)(1-y)MnO3 (x=0 ̄5 , y=0 ̄0. 1 ) have been prepared by solid reaction. The electronic conductivities of La(Sr)MnO3 were carried out by a four probe method in air. (La(0.7)Sr(0.3))(0.95)MnO3showed the highest conductivity. The transport processes of La(Sr)MnO3 have been discussed.
