摘要
本文通过阳极氧化法将NO插入石墨纤维中,研究了插层前后石墨纤维电阻的变化及其稳定性.结果表明:热处理温度为3000℃的石墨纤维在65%的HNO3中阳极氧化插层后,在溶液中的电阻只有原来的1/12,在空气中放置38天后,电阻仍只有原来的1/3,表面涂覆环氧树脂可提高其电阻的稳定性.
NO can be intercalated into graphite fiber(GF) by anodic okidation in 65% HNO3 solution. The resistance of the intercalated GF and its stableness have been investigated. The resistance of the intercalated GF(HTT 3000℃) is only one twelfth of the unitntercalated GF's in 65% HNO3 solution, and is only one third of the unintercalated GF's ther exposing in the air for 38 days. The resistance stableness of the intercalated GF can be raised by coating with epoxy resin.
