摘要
本文主要研究了用一次配料合成BaSnO3+BaWO4复合电子陶瓷材料的电学特性.研究表明:该复合材料为BaSnO3与BaWO4的机械混合物.掺入适当的玻璃相,可显著提高样品的致密度,收缩率最高约达50%.同时还研究了Sb2O3对该复合材料性能的影响.掺入Sb2O3后,材料的主导电相为BaSn1-xSbxO3,该复合材料是一种极有发展前途的固定电阻材料.
The electrical properties of BaSnO3+BaWO4 composite prepared by the one-step-synthesis method were studied in this paper. The experimental results indicate that this composite is a mechanical mixture of BasnO3 and BaWO4. When adequate ASS glass was introduced in this composite, the shrinkage of the samples could reach nearly 50%. Also the effects of Sb2O3 were investigated. The conductive phase is BaSn(1-x)SbxO3 after introducing some Sb2O3 in this composite. This composite is a prospective fixed resistor material.
