人本管理是企业文化中的核心理念,而何谓人本管理理念,也许不少企业管理者并 非能说清楚。为此,本文对人本管理理念的内涵及对其理解的误区,人本管理理念的价值追求, 人本管理理念所辐射出的基本原则作了深入的分析。
The humanity management is the key concept in enterprise culture that many enterprise executives do not express it clearly by themselves. In this regards, the article deeply analyzes the connotation and its misunderstandings, the value pursued for, and the basic principles radiated by the humanity management concept.
