摘要
对检测分子间多量子相干信号的CRAZED脉冲序列的最佳射频脉冲翻转角及延迟时间进行了探讨.通过综合运用偶极场理论和积算符公式,得到不同相干阶数下CRAZED序列的相对信号强度与射频脉冲翻转角及延迟时间之间关系的表达式,并利用计算机模拟对延迟时间进行优化,所得结果由实验加以验证.实验结果表明,理论得到的信噪比和最佳延迟时间的关系与实验结果吻合得较好.因此,所得出的理论方法可用于指导实验参数的优化选择.
In this paper,optimal radio freqency (RF) flip angle and relaxation delay time of the CRAZED pulse sequence for intermolecular multiple quantum coherences (iMQCs) of different order n were investigated.An analytical expression for the dependence of relative signal intensity on RF flip angle and relaxation delay time was derived from a combination of dipolar demagnetizing field treatment and product operator formalism.Computer simulation was then used to optimize the delay time for the maximal signal-noise-ratio (SNR).The simulated results are found to be in good agreement with experimental ones.Therefore,the theoretical method proposed herein can be used to design optimal experimental parameters.
