Abruptly Testing Technology on Offshore

摘要 针对大港油田滩海试油作业的难点及特点,研究出适合滩海钻井平台作业的快速试油工艺技术,以保护油气层、提高试油质量、缩短施工周期、防止地层二次污染为目的,配套应用多种试油联作管柱,并一趟管柱完成多项试油工序。经现场应用,指出井斜大于30°的井,封隔器以上应加钻铤;三联作时下放管柱速度应小于0.4m/s。 To the feature and difficulty of testing operation on offshore of Dagang oilfield, the abruptly testing technology which is suits for drilling platform on offshore has been studied to protect oil-bearing layer, increase testing quality, shorten operation period and avoid the second damage of formation. Many types of combining testing technique have been matched and many testing procedures have been completed by one string. By field application, it is indicated that drill collars are put on the packer when deviation of the well is more than 30° and down speed is lees than 0.4 m/s if tri-combination applied.
