摘要
目的研究北京市2004年5月~9月志贺菌菌群分布及其药敏特点,以指导临床治疗.方法经大便培养筛选志贺菌,用生化和血清学方法鉴定菌群和血清型.采用Kirby-Bauer法检测病原耐药性.结果在207例细菌性痢疾患者中,男女比例相似,青壮年发病率最高.福氏志贺菌仍最多,F4为优势血清型.对抗菌素敏感性有差异.结论 2004年5月~9月北京市细菌性痢疾患者发病特点有年龄差异,菌群仍以福氏志贺菌为主,血清型以F4为主.氟喹诺酮类抗菌素仍是最有效的抗菌素之一,但有一定的耐药性.
Objective To investigate the distribution and the rate of drug sensitivity with acute bacillary dysentery in Beijing from May to September in 2004 so as to guide the choice of antibiotics.Methods Shigella were cultured from stool and the group and serotype were identified with the biochemical and serologic methods.The drug sensitive rate was tested with Kirby-Bauer method.Results Among 207 patients with shigellosis,the incidence rate in male cases was similar to the one in female cases.Shigella flexneri was the dominant group and F4 was the dominant serotype.There was different in drug sensitivity test.Conclusions Shigella flexneri was the dominant group in 207 strains of Shigella in Beijing in 2004 and F4 was the dominant serotype among Shigella flexneri.For antibiotics,fluoroquinolones was one of the most effective drug,but resistance to fluoroquinolones existed in some patients.
