摘要
文章对学生伤害事故的法律责任的认定、预防和处理办法,进行了初步探讨。重点在于提高教育工作者预防学生发生伤害事故的能力,同时,突出了学生发生伤害事故之后,如何进行法律责任认定和处理的问题。
The article probes into the confirmation of legal responsibility of students’ injuring events,and the prevention and handling means.It focuses the attention on key point to raise the abilities of the educators to prevent students’injuring events.Meanwhile,it concentrates on the questions how to confirm legal responsibility and deal with after students’ injuring event has occurred.
