摘要
对乙酰基转移酶表型的两种检测方法进行了比较，Ｏｌｓｅｎ法因灵敏、简便、经济快速、易于推广，优于Ｓｃｈｒｏｄｅｒ法，适用于大规模乙酰基转移酶表型的检测。
Two chemical methods have been developed for determination of acetylator phenotypes.In comparison with the Schroder's method, the Olsen's method showed the advantages of better simplicity,time consumption,sensitivity and economy.It could be used to determine acetylator phenotypes in large-scale population Screening.
